Many of the Commissioners and heads of agencies were introduced to the Indo-Caribbean community for the first time. The White House AAPI team saw first-hand the largest South Asian community in New York as they toured Liberty Avenue, the education challenges at Richmond Hill High School and numerous religious establishments in our community.
